Unfortunately the records handed over had not been kept as efficiently as we had expected. Peter has sourced a better insurance contract and engaged a company to provide a “Sinking Fund Forecast” report. We had never previously been provided with this report and found it very informative.We are a small body corporate, but the service provided by Peter and his team is exceptional and we have complete trust in the decisions they make on our behalf.
Our Body Corporate brought to Cassels Strata many complex challenges that needed to be resolved. Peter immediately gave me confidence that we had finally found the right manager.
