Cassels Strata’s Managing Director, Peter Cassels, has over 25 years experience in commercial and residential property management. He specialises in body corporate management, strata, and management and letting rights operations. Peter has extensive hands-on experience in the establishment and ongoing management of community titles schemes and management rights operations in residential, commercial and resort complexes. He also has broad experience managing staff and ensuring compliance of all governing legislation. Prior to the establishment of Cassels Strata Management, Peter was Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer for two of Queensland’s largest body corporate management firms and Asset Manager for a large publicly listed management rights company.

Lana has worked in administration, marketing and events for more than 20 years. She possesses a detailed knowledge of office and staff management, and understands the importance of providing a high level of service to our clients.

She has held several positions in the professional services and sports marketing sectors. She assisted in the establishment of Cassels Strata and continues to work alongside husband, Peter Cassels.

As General Manager, Kristi leads our team of experienced strata professionals. Kristi has worked in the strata industry since 2006 and is well-versed in the complexities and intricacies of body corporate management. She has extensive experience in leading teams in and outside of the strata industry and has a passion for developing teams and individuals to provide professional, outstanding service. Kristi also serves as a Director on the Board of Strata Communities Association (Queensland) where she enthusiastically contributes to the ongoing professional standards for the strata management industry across Queensland.

With 7 years’ experience in the strata industry as both a strata manager and as a committee member, Alecia is well-versed in all things strata and is actively develops solutions for any strata issue. Having been recognised in the strata management industry as the 2023 ‘Community Champion of the Year’ by the Strata Communities Association Queensland, Alecia brings her award winning attitude and dedication to service to all of her committees and lot owners.

Samantha has over four years’ experience in the Strata Industry. Known for being the Queen of Organisation, Excel spreadsheets and delicious baking, Samantha is an integral part of the Cassels Team and is always ready to assist clients and staff where needed. Her attention to detail and passion for systems ensures prompt and efficient processing of requests by our body corporate clients.

With three and a half years of industry expertise under his belt, Joe embodies both professionalism and approachability. His background in international hotel & tourism management allows Joe to adeptly navigate complex strata arrangements, ensuring seamless operations and fostering a congenial atmosphere within communities.

From overseeing intricate projects to handling administrative intricacies, Joe’s proficiency shines through in every aspect of his work. Committed to nurturing sustainable and cohesive living environments, he prioritizes enhancing the community’s relationship while ensuring residents’ welfare remains paramount. Joe is recognised for his unwavering dedication and results-driven approach. Beyond his professional pursuits, he is a devoted family man who finds solace and excitement in the world of automobiles.

Chloe holds a Bachelor of Business Management with a major in Real Estate Development and Valuation. With four years of experience in strata management, she is dedicated to optimising community functionality and creating exceptional living experiences for all lot owners and residents. Chloe’s calm, professional, and organised approach ensures a personal and efficient service for all of our body corporate clients.

Crystal began her career in strata management in early 2017 and currently manages a diverse portfolio of schemes across the Sunshine Coast. She is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and fostering strong relationships with her clients. Crystal maintains a proficient understanding of the Act and regulation modules and is dedicated to continuously refining her skills.

Vanessa began working in the strata management industry in 2018 in an administration role and has gained experience across a range of administrative roles and responsibilities. Vanessa is the primary receptionist and administration support officer for Cassels Strata clients and may be your first point of contact when calling our offices. Vanessa takes prides in assisting with your queries in a friendly, welcoming manner.

Tylah joined the Cassels Strata Team in early 2021. She has 3 years’ experience in Strata Administration and strives to develop within the industry. With her previous experience in customer service, Tylah focuses on providing genuine customer support to meet clients’ needs. She carries a positive attitude and is willing and able to provide a helping hand where possible.

Hayley began her body corporate career in 2010, and since that time has focussed her expertise in the areas of accounts payable/receivable, levy enquires, and account adjustments. She is also a highly skilled administrator having obtained a Certificate 3 in Business Administration and gaining essential experience in reception and personal assistant roles during her early career. Hayley enjoys problem solving and making our clients lives easier.

Alister graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting and has been working in body corporate management since. His experience includes, budget preparation, end of month accruals and adjustments, cash flow reporting and liaising with auditors.

Charmaine has over 10 years strata experience and strives to provide a high level of professional support for all clients. In her spare time, Charmaine has a keen interest in gardening and nature.

Andrea possesses over 30 years of administration experience. She has held various roles across various industries, including working for Lend Lease as a receptionist for 12 years, a large body corporate management company as a portfolio assistant for 8 years, and just recently as a search agent. Andrea’s vast and varied experience has equipped her with the capabilities required to ensure our client needs are met to the highest level.

Diana made the move from the aged care industry to the body corporate industry in 2005.

Since that time, she has worked extensively across all areas of administration. She has a fundamental knowledge of strata administration and a fine eye for detail. Her customer care is of the highest level, and there is no problem too big for Diana. Our clients love her welcoming personality and her quick response to queries.

Jaimee began her career in body corporate management in 2012. During this time, she gained extensive experience in accounts management including payable / receivable, financial reporting and levy management. Jaimee takes great pride in providing a personal and client-centred approach with our internal and external clients.

She has acquired a broad knowledge of strata management through a variety of roles from general administration and portfolio assistant to body corporate managers. Her efficient and courteous manner sees her building great rapport with both our clients, and industry partners.Jaimee began her career in body corporate management in 2012. During this time, she gained extensive experience in accounts management including payable / receivable, financial reporting and levy management.

John Keller brings to the Cassels Strata team more than 6 years body corporate management experience. Having graduated with a Bachelor of Business, majoring in professional accounting, John’s financial accounting experience covers financial reporting, liaising with auditors, and managing the duties associated with processing the accounts on a daily basis. He is extremely proficient with StrataMax, the online software system used to manage the Client Portal and Invoice Hub for our owners and buildings.

Vanessa joined the team at Cassels Strata in January 2016, with over 15 years of body corporate experience behind her.

She has vast expertise across all aspects of body corporate management, from general administration to hands-on body corporate management. She is highly qualified in accounts payable and receivable, arrears and levy management having worked as a financial controller for one of Queensland’s largest body corporate firms. Vanessa is also extremely proficient with StrataMax, the online software system used to manage the Client Portal and Invoice Hub for our owners and buildings.

Vanessa holds a Certificate IV in Body Corporate Management and has an in-depth knowledge of the Body Corporate and Community Management Act.

Sharon has over 24 years experience in the strata industry and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to all things body corporate related.
She was a long-standing Director and shareholder of a large Queensland based management firm prior to joining Cassels Strata as a Senior Body Corporate Manager. Sharon is a Fellow Member of Strata Community Australia.
